Culinary Finds

From the Farm to Your Table.

At Stem & Stone Farm, we believe the best flavors come from the freshest ingredients. Our Culinary Finds collection features small-batch pantry goods made with herbs, flowers, and botanicals grown right here on the farm.

Meet the Ingredients

Chive Blossoms — Harvested in late spring when the purple blooms are at their peak, chive blossoms have a delicate, mild onion flavor that's more floral and nuanced than the herb itself. We hand-pick each blossom and fold them into flaky sea salt to create our signature Chive Blossom Salt.

Lavender — Beyond its use in bath and body products, culinary lavender adds a floral, slightly sweet note to baked goods, lemonades, and savory dishes. We use food-grade lavender from our fields in select seasonal offerings.

Herbs & Edible Flowers — Throughout the season, we harvest a rotating selection of herbs and edible flowers that make their way into limited-edition culinary products. Follow us to stay up to date on what's fresh.

How to Use Our Products

Chive Blossom Salt — Finish eggs, avocado toast, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, or fresh pasta. Try it on popcorn or rimming a cocktail glass for something unexpected. A little goes a long way — let the flavor shine.

Herbal Blends & Seasonings — Use as a dry rub for meats, stir into butter or olive oil, or sprinkle over soups and salads. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve potency.

Floral Sugars — Stir into tea, dust over baked goods, or use to rim cocktail glasses. Pairs beautifully with lemon, honey, and stone fruits.

Why Farm-Direct?

Mass-produced pantry goods are made for shelf life, not flavor. Ours are made in small batches, close to harvest, with ingredients we grew ourselves. You can taste the difference — and you'll know exactly where it came from.
